Every day I go on my bike to pick the kids up from school, I tend to notice the increased amount of negativity in people walking by in the street. I have often wondered why?

So I have put a lot of energy into teaching My kids to be appreciative of what they are and just get the inner Peace that is the base for Positivity. Only by doing so, I believe we are all able to create a positive World. So I have made this recipe for you to just use 5minutes time to think within and then let it Cook for 24 hours and you'll make positive changes not only in you but for your surroundings too.

It's incredible how we are all able to make small changes by just doing Little Things. If we are positive within ourselves we spread this out and like a virus it affects All.

Just by using some time to do something you love, you can reach to a Whole new level of energy. And it makes you smile more too. So by investing time in yourself you can change the way you look at your surroundings and it creates a positive energy level within you.
