How to Know if You're Really in Love

Falling in love is a beautiful thing in life that ever experienced by almost everyone. Falling in love can give mixed feelings such as bittersweet feeling. But how precisely do we know if we are really in love? Every person has experienced falling in love. Some people usually feel that they are specials after they start to fall in love. Once you are in love, your heart cannot deny after the love has come into your heart and perhaps you also tried to wonder what exactly falling in love is.

Whenever you start to love someone, you begin to experience so many feels towards someone you love and it's like you always think of them all the time. You are covered by the feelings that are difficult to explain by words along with turbulent of emotions. Falling in love is involve emotions, but the emotion you experienced when falling in love can cause so many hormonal and chemical reactions that can also change your mood and behavior. To anyone who already experienced these kinds of feelings, we certainly cannot deny our feelings and usually just let it flow. Especially when you fall in love for the first time. If you experience falling in love for the first time, asking for opinions to anyone who already experienced in love is a great way to face your curiosity and understanding about it. Scientists believe that falling in love caused by the release of adrenaline hormones that filled your entire body due to the feelings of nervous when you fall in love.

Whenever you feel falling in love, most of the time you usually do is thinking about someone you love. As if the person you love always rotating and revolving in your mind and even disturb your daily activities. If this happens, you should try to remember other things or perhaps pay attention towards the main things that you need to do such as finishing your work. A study says that the level of serotonin will increase. Serotonin is kinds of neurotransmitter in our body. This study about the increase of serotonin found in the intestinal tract of young couples who are deeply in love. If two people falling in love and they are difficult to focus on other things besides thinking about someone they love, it is because of the release of chemical elements called norepinephrine along with dopamine hormones in the brain.

Even though the decrease of the hormone serotonin makes you horny, what's more, it makes you feeling stressed and anxious. Even a simple thing can trigger the feeling of anger to anyone who is falling in love, either towards you or to the person you love. The two of you possibly spend a lot of time trying to please each other. A person who falling in love wants to get attention and affection from the person they love. Although the behavior of people who falling in love can increase the feelings of love and attention, but it can also lead to frustration. Every frustration because of falling in love can make you become mentally unstable, feel hurt, and have depression.

Falling in love can cause various psychological reactions towards someone who fell in love. Psychological reactions that occur because falling in love may cause the heart pounding fast, stomach ache, plus sweaty body on people who experienced it. Specific neurotransmitters that transferring to the brain usually produced in larger quantity causing people to be happy or in fact get anxious. When you feel like you are lazy to eat, that could be a sign you've being distracted because thinking of the person you love. Usually, you only want to think about someone you love rather than thinking about food or anything else. That means sometimes you forget that you have to eat. Also, when you are falling in love and thinking about someone you love all the time, your face showing your emotions and you start to smile and often smile continuously whenever thinking of the person you love. If you meet in person towards someone you love, you may feel shy, nervous, and afraid to make any direct contact with their eyes because you feel like as they are a perfect human being for you.

Falling in love towards someone and try to keep your love with someone are two different things. Falling in love is like an addiction. And unfortunately, the feeling of fall in love doesn't really last forever. Eventually, the levels of dopamine and serotonin hormones slowly returning to normal levels after a couple of months or perhaps a couple of years during the relationship and it depends on how the relationship will last. If the level of dopamine and serotonin hormones come back to a normal level, it depends on the couple itself on how they can manage their relationship stay in harmony and can last for a very long time.

There is no doubt that love is a wonderful thing that experienced by almost all of us. But despite the fact that love is the greatest feeling in this world, we should be aware and try not to get caught in a love that misleads our life. Try to balance your feelings and your rational thinking. Don't let the love make you suffer, stress and even make you depressed. Share your story with friends that you deeply believe because sometimes it can be helpful especially if you are in love for the first time. It is better to share with a friend or someone who experienced love longer than you and has a good and stable relationship with a person they love. Love supposes to make you happy and not to make your life miserable.

      Interesting point of view. I believe that falling in love is a deeply personal and individual experience for everyone and rarely two experiences are similar. At times you are sure and at times you just are left wondering.
