Although we have stressed the importance of conversation, do not be afraid of a few pauses. Rushing to fill every silence with another question can be off-putting and uncomfortable. Let the conversation flow naturally and don't be afraid to talk about things that aren't on this list. Listen very well and let the questions that you ask come from the responses that you get. Try not to talk too much about yourself and have fun! Not every date is going to be amazing, but with these tips, you can maximize your chances.
