Gee – I just want to share the story how I discover this amazing book. It’s truly a masterpiece. It helped me discover some aspects in my life that, oh well, I never put my mind on when I’m assessing my persona. And yes, to my surprise, after thorough thinking ... the insights from the book are right!
I passed by the bookstore after lunch break. My initial intent was just to buy this sort of fancy-colored pen for my journal. Since it is still early, 30 minutes before the resume of working hours, I decided to go by the shelves and scan some open copy books for free. I went through the self-help section and look for the books of Mr. Francis Kong. Unfortunately, all the copies are sealed hence, I got no choice but to find another book to scan.
My attention was caught by the attractive cover. Its yellow colored plus the fact that the title of the book is unique – something I never heard nor read. According to the introduction – well to the best of my memory – states that it’s about self-discovery. I went by the first few pages. It’s a book of questions and answers – interpretation of answers to be exact. The questions are all simple. It only requires us to be honest to our answer to the queries. I am really surprise with the outcome of the first question – it did reveal one of my hidden attitudes about life and love. And the book is right. I was so engrossed that I forgot the time. Well, it’s already 1:00 pm – and I am late. Funny, I wasn’t able to buy the purpled colored pen when I run to our office – I am late for the second half, , , a deduction (again) in my salary.
Well, if you happen to pass by the book store, maybe, you can grab a copy of the book entitled Kokology (hope I spelled it right). I wasn’t able to take note of its author. As of now, if only I have extra money, I had bought it. Specially that according to the sales lady, they only have limited copies. But then, I am now starting to save money for that book. I want to read it from cover to cover. I really can’t wait to have a grab of it.
Happy Reading . . .
