Losing oneself is it possible?

Is losing oneself possible?
Is losing oneself possible?

Losing oneself is it really possible?

Everyone has a busy life. The limitless number of things that have to be done in a day, just to make you feel useful or just because you know that it has to get done. Most of the time you don’t know who is coming and going in your household because you are so busy. With being so busy in your everyday life and a limitless number of things to do, having the people around you so busy, can you get lost? What I mean by that, is can you lose yourself, in the business, for example forgetting why you are so busy or what you are doing. Everything goes so fast, nowadays that most of the time we don’t even see it.

With the limitless amounts of things that we have to do in our lives, do you think that we can lose ourselves? What does losing yourself mean? Losing yourself means that part of you can’t be accessed by you or anyone else it is like that part disappeared because you are focusing too much on other things rather than yourself. This can happen, from illness or a psychological process. Most of the time people that lose themselves have been abandoned as a child or some other way. So yes you can lose yourself. You can be disconnected, from yourself, and what is going on in the world. This all depends on what happens in your life, most of the time it starts at a young age and progresses. Although you can fix it, you just have the will to do so. There are a limitless number of ways this can happen. Although the huge one is if you are abandoned as a child, by someone. That is not the only reason, though, you can lose yourself when you are doing something you love because it is just so consuming. There is a limitless number of things that, people can lose themselves with. It is different for every person though so there is not just one thing that someone can lose themselves, with. Being busy is the cause of this.

Losing yourself is something that everyone has experienced at least once. Although everyone can lose themselves differently it still happens. You can lose yourself in a job, in a book, at school. Most of the time, it’s the way you think of it, but it can happen. I know this for a fact because I have lost myself, doing things. For me, it usually happens when I am really busy or if I am reading a good book. When you lose yourself, doing something it is either because you really enjoy doing it, or it is something time -consuming that has to be done. When you lose yourself, you forget about everything else that is going on around you. You are too focused on the task at hand and most of the time become one with the task at hand and that is how you can lose yourself.

Losing yourself is doing so many things at a time that you forget what you are actually supposed to be doing. which in turn means doing limitless things at once and forgetting about the task at hand. You can lose yourself when you do anything. The way this happens is you get so consumed by what you are doing, and forget about everything else. Most of the time you don’t realize that you lose yourself, in what is going on in your life. Why? Well, the reason for that is because it is so normal for you to be so focused, on whatever task you are working on at the time. For example, I lose myself, when I am writing a lot. The way this happens is when I am writing something that requires a lot of research or something that I’m really interested in I can forget about everything which happens often. Most of the time the big thing I forget about is, eating which is never good. I just get lost in what I am writing and eating gets put on the back burner. I am so caught up in my posts that they are the only thing that matters.

I know that this happens to many people when they are working, because what is the goal when you work? Most of the time the goal, when you work, is to get the job was done and everything else can wait. Since everyone is busy in today’s day and age, losing yourself is a daily occurrence with everything always moving and things needed to be done for a specific time frame. When people are really busy that is when they lose themselves because their focus is on getting things done not themselves. I know this because it has happened to me a number of times. Losing yourself can happen, and people can be confused when it does, but why and how does it happen? That is the question that we need to ask ourselves. Losing yourself can happen when you continuously are on the go, and you don’t really stop to think about what you are doing, but you go through the motions. You can lose yourself, in your own mind, and get confused because you don’t know why. That is when seeing a psychologist is the answer. I have lost myself, like that but that is when I take a breath and say, “Okay so I don’t know where I am but what got me here, and how do I get back to where I need to be”. If you lose yourself, ask yourself that question and you will probably be able to figure it out. People can lose themselves more these days because of how busy lives can become. Losing yourself is a strange thing because you don’t know if its just in your head or it is in the real world. Most of the time though it’s in your head and that is when you need to slow down and look at your life from a different perspective.

Be you for you not someone else
Be you for you not someone else

Losing oneself can feel limitless

Losing yourself, in everything that goes on in your life, happens to the really busy people. These are the people that don’t know how to take breaks and they think, there is something wrong with me because I don’t know where I am going and how to fix it. I am one of those people but I am trying to fix it, that is why I take everything one day at a time. I also plan my days so that I don’t get lose myself in them, by doing a million different things that don’t pertain to what I wanted to get done in the first place. If you plan out what you want to get done, first in your day you won’t lose yourself so easily so why not give it a shot? If you feel like you are losing yourself, in whatever it is you are doing talk to the right people, like family, friends or a psychologist you are not alone in anything remember that.

If you feel as though you are losing yourself, look at what you are doing in your life and see what you can change. Maybe you are too busy and you need to slow down, or maybe you are just doing something you aren't passionate and you need to change that. There are limitless ways a person can lose themselves but there are also limitless ways you can come back from it.

It is possible to lose yourself, limitlessly with everything that goes on in our lives. That doesn't mean we give up on what we want, we still go after it. It might be stressful, but a little stress didn't hurt anyone sometimes stress and losing yourself, points you in a different direction to get the same thing you were trying to do done but in a different way.

When your focus on something is limitless that is when you can lose yourself. I am sure that everyone has lost themselves doing things at one point or another, I know that I have, but they probably haven't realized what was going on they just got whatever they were doing done, because it needed to be and they don't even realize that they weren't thinking of anything else except what they were doing at the time. That is what losing yourself is.

It is okay to lose yourself sometimes
It is okay to lose yourself sometimes

Giving your all to something

Losing oneself is giving your all whatever it is that you are doing and forgetting about everything else isn't it?

Do you think losing yourself is possible let's discuss
