Romantic Date Ideas For Couples - 5 Inexpensive Romantic Date Ideas to Keep Your Closer

Updated on January 26, 2014

Always and Forever

Sexy Romantic Date Ideas

We all want to date and have a romantic time out without breaking the bank. Looking for inexpensive romantic date ideas to keep things spicy is not always easy. We don't mind sometimes over extending ourselves during special occasions, but regular date nights to stay connected can be plenty and inexpensive if you are creative.

If you don't become creative and keep those fires burning you can be harming your own love life. Being the one to plan a romantic night or day out doesn't have to fall on the man. A woman is plenty capable of coming up with romantic endeavors.

It's really about taking the responsibility to always work on keeping the fires burning. Your relationship is what you make and put into it. Are you bored in your relationship? Can it use a little more spice? Then make something happen. Hopefully these are some ideas that can help stimulate your creativity.

5 Inexpensive Romantic Date Ideas

A great help for inexpensive dates is to sign up for Groupon and Amazon local deals; also sign up at and get discounts at local events or volunteer in your local area.

  1. Wine tasting and a moving to end the day.
  2. Sexy photo shoot with role playing costumes.
  3. Get 2 for one coupon for dinner and share a desert.
  4. Plan a fireplace indoor picnic with adult board game and drinks.
  5. Massage day and lunch for two. Sign up for Groupons for coupons.

Thoughtful Things to Do!

Going out on dates is not enough to reinforce a good relationship. You have to communicate effectively everyday which only means you learned how to talk to each other. A relationship is more than a partnership; it is a love affair. Combining the two at all times will keep a happy romance going throughout the relationship.

♥ Dare to make a plan and stick with it. Taking someone out and not having a plan is a disappointment and exhausting; not to mention, a mood destroyer. You may have had great intentions but it will make for a smoother time out with a plan to appear prepared and thoughtful.

♥ Cook and do chores that are not yours. What a great surprise to have your chores done for you. A surprise like this will certainly let your spouse know you are actually aware of what they do to contribute to the household.

♥ Get a gift with your spouse in mind. It could be a class they were thinking about going to or a jacket they liked when you were out. Getting a gift that is needed or wanted will show that you pay attention.

It must be deliberate to please your partner and keep the romance alive. A relationship takes constant work, only those that aren't nurturing their relationships feel that it is awkward to have a simple romantic night out.

Even if you are not the romantic type every couple needs quality time to grow in a healthy loving relationship. I know how the responsibilities of everyday life can make the time fly, but believe me the time you take to nurture your relationship will be paid forward for years to come.

Valentine's Day is nice, but since it only comes once a year, I think we should remember to show love and appreciation for the one we love all throughout the year....For the record, As a full time mom, wife, and caregiver for my elderly father, who can't find enough hours in the day, there is nothing sexier to me than a man who will scrub a bathroom! Great hub with lots of helpful ideas!
