Respect of all Religions

Updated on December 9, 2013
The rose of life for all
The rose of life for all
all across the world
all across the world
a peace, so deserved
a peace, so deserved
a blend of cultures
a blend of cultures
Fishers of all, in friendship we live
Fishers of all, in friendship we live
the gift of sun's light
the gift of sun's light
all fruit from the garden of life
all fruit from the garden of life
beautiful flowering of mankind's spirits.
beautiful flowering of mankind's spirits.
to capture the love of roses bright
to capture the love of roses bright
a crafted life, we all live
a crafted life, we all live

People, the Europeans, of all countries,

Middle Eastern, and those of the Asian,

all of a commonality, is their souls,

and all, of the human persuasion,

their cultures to be so reflective,

and of the most finest in blends,

About the humanistic message,

from us each, that it sends.

The great North American continent,

and every small island nation,

all countries found in southern climes,

are a part of this congregation..

Their religious choices of each,

a grandest in value, revered,

under one great and benevolent God,

their precepts, are adhered.

Every child born of this green earth,

no greater gift than each birth,

to each is granted one fine life,

in its joyful smiles, or tears of strife.

Our lives all shared, and in mercy,

spared, the precious breaths of all,

the times well spent, and not to lament,

in statures of the great, or small.

A likeness in our humanistic traits,

as the reflection, of all our characters,

we all to live, and breathe, and love,

of our building blocks, these factors.

As is all descended, to give of ourselves,

this wonderful presentation, so merits,

our finest spirits left behind, in the end,

so that others, each, so inherits.

I agree 100% on this too. Each culture has something wonderful to offer. Although we may not agree on everything there is, we must understand that everyone brings with him something valuable in this life. Thanks for sharing! I share too.

Thank you for your beautiful statement of peace. Though it seems living respectfully of each others differences should be elementary, embracing those very elements of individuality remains defiantly elusive. Organized religions, despite their pontificated purpose, have been the focus of many wars. Human beings seem capable of everything except being humane. Great piece, who. Thank you

...an epic poetic manifesto - so says Epi. On the other hand , isn't there a line from that ex-Beatle agnostic Mr. Lennon - "imagine if there were no religions" - definitely a lot of blood on the hands of people through the manipulation and abuse of religion - and there still is - at the Hub - lol - it's best though to avoid debate on

For as long as I can remember, advocates, genuine and feigned, have been talkng this talk. I pine for the day when they will start walking their talk. It's good you came up with this piece. It's a reminder of the value we must hold high.
