Self Happiness

Updated on February 25, 2015

Everyone loves to be loved and recognized but how can you love anyone unless you first love yourself? the difference in people is their difference in attitudes. Being upbeat and positive shows in everything you do, as does being negative. Joyful and positive people attract other joyful and positive people. Keeping yourself happy is your job. Find the power to change yourself. Be flexible and open to change every aspect of your life. You have a social life but still, you are an individual. Take it day by day, change takes time, energy and hard work.

Communication with self is something we do on a daily basses. Take time to search out what you, as a unique person, need as an individual. Rest your ego at peace and use your mind. Own up to your negatives, you may not even realize many of them. Talk about them, reflect on them, and then move on. Don't get stuck on negative moments or events. Replace them with positive thoughts.

Strive your best to be positive and have a good attitude. If you can stay positive and carry the same attitude wherever you go, everything will fall into place for you. People with positive attitudes are better equiped to fight illness, live longer and experience fewer problems all around. Upbeat words and expressions give others plenty to be positive about. Emit the feelings you would like to recieve. Pep up your attitude, feed your mind constantly with positive information and you will discover a healthy change.

Positive Romance

Positive Romance by author Rudy Lopez deals with matters of the heart with encouraging and compromising attitudes. It is available on any major online bookstore. I strongly recommend it.

I try to remain as positive as possible, as I am and have been encountering rather difficult situations. You are correct that associating with the positive, and ignore the negative would be most helpful.

Sometimes I feel my ship is sinking...but there are those that manage to throw a lifeboat out, and I am no longer in peril. Thank you very much for this helpful input, and message.
