1. Yes if he doesn't reply to your texts regularly

It seems like each day a new term is invented and discarded in the world of dating. The it word these days is ghosting. Whatever you may guess about the word, it basically means when someone stops responding to your messages without giving you any reason. That is correct. You ghost them when you disappear from their life just like a, you guessed it, a ghost. It's mostly the women getting ghosted by men, and it doesn't have to be that day. If you feel like he is not replying to your text messages as regularly as he should, then it's time to call it. Listen, it's not like he is the last guy you are ever going to meet. In fact, you should be glad that you don't have to deal with him anymore!

If he is taking forever to reply to your messages, it may be time to ghost him.

2. Yes, If You Are More Invested In The Relationship Than He Is

Have you only been on a few dates and you are already imagining as the father to your kids? There is nothing wrong with letting your mind take a bit of flight, we all do it. It just means you are interested in this guy and that this may lead somewhere. After all, all things start with that special feeling you have in the pit of your stomach. So, you start sending him cute messages and it just snowballs from there. But if you feel like he is just not initiating any conversations and you are the one who is always sending cute texts, then it maybe time to stop. And especially if you are already too heartbroken to tell him why then ghosting may be your only way out. I always tell my friends to keep their standards high. To make sure that you are never going after a guy who is not giving you the kind of time you think you deserve. If a man is not able to give you his time, it's likely he will not give you much else.

If you are more invested in the relationship that he is, it may be time to pull back.

3. Yes, If He Wouldn't Stop Texting You

The situation could also be reversed and he maybe he just wouldn't stop texting you or even calling you even though you have made it plenty clear that you don't want to see him again. This can happen because, let's face it, how many of us can judge the guy right in just a few meetings. In such cases where the guy has shown stalker-like tendencies, the best thing to do would be to not pick up is calls or text him back. In other words, just ghost him! It maybe tempting to succumb to his attention because either you are not used to getting a lot of it or you assume it may not be as bad as it looks. But you have to remember that it's not worth it.

4. Yes, If They Make Plans And Don't Show Up

So, you met this cute guy, and you went on a date and things seemed to be going well and as far as you could tell, everything was going great. The date was over and both of you were happy with the way things went. You even got that rare text after the date. Both of you decided to meet that weekend again. The date was fixed for a Saturday and on Friday, he even text a "looking forward to meeting you" message and you were sure that this was definitely going to work out. But on Saturday when you get there, not only did he not show up, he wouldn't even pick your calls or reply to your text messages. But then you receive his message on Sunday saying he was sorry. This is the time, girl. Ghost him! That is correct. I think not showing up for dates is not just stupid but also very humiliating and a sort of an emotional abuse. Everyone should have the basic courtsey to show up for dates when they have been planned.

If he doesn't show up for the date then it's definitely okay to ghost him.

Know that you don't have to keep your standards low. If you act like a woman who is high quality, you will attract the same kind of man. It's simple as that! If you ever find yourself lowering your standards, remind yourself not to.
