There are lots of places to get married in Houston TX!
Wedding venues in Houston Texas are plentiful and varied. When you decide to get married in Houston, you can choose décor ranging from casual country to absolutely elegant. The list of reception halls in Houston TX and other possible wedding venues, is impressively extensive. I recently helped my neice plan her Houston Wedding, and I was amazed by the huge number of choices in wedding venues in Houston TX. Here are the 4 that impressed us most in order of preference.
#1. A Touch Of Nature in The Most Gorgeous Houston Wedding Venue
This is the one we chose because we are all big nature lovers in our family. If you and your beloved enjoy the beauty and drama of nature, you will love Ashton Gardens, One of the most unique of Houston’s wedding venues, featuring a glass chapel nestled into the center of a deep forest. A daytime wedding, with sunlight filtering through the trees, is a truly spiritual experience. A night-time a wedding by candlelight is an experience that none present will ever forget. Following the wedding, the bride and groom sweep down a grand staircase into a beautiful ballroom complete with crystal chandeliers and overlooking gorgeous gardens with dramatic lighting and fountains.
#2. One Of The Most Spectacular Wedding Venues In Houston
This was a close second, also because of the beautiful, natural view. For a professionally planned wedding in which every detail is attended to, be sure to look into The Admiral at the Endeavor Marina on Clear Lake. Of all the Houston wedding venues available, the Admiral is truly the most breathtaking. Your guests will remember the beauty of your wedding for a long time to come thanks to the dazzling view afforded by clear glass wall that overlooks Clear Lake. If you plan a large wedding (up to 250 guests) you should choose the Admiral’s Ballroom. If you plan a smaller happy event (as many as 50 guests) choose the Captain’s Quarters. Either way, you will surely be happy with the professionalism exhibited by event planners at The Admiral on Clear Lake.
#3. The Most Pampering Houston Wedding Venue
We really liked this one because of the country-like setting combined with convenience. For a unique combination of privacy and convenience, there are no Houston wedding venues better than Houston’s Signature Manor. Tucked away on four private acres in the center of the city, this lavish and luxurious wedding location features twin grand staircases, an absolutely gorgeous crystal chandelier and the services of extremely competent wedding planners who take care of every little detail and make sure that everything coordinates with your wedding colors. You can even have a personalized dance floor for your reception, as well as your choice of onsite expert catering or your own caterer. To be lavishly pampered, you will not find a better choice in reception halls in Houston TX than the Grand Manor.
#4. Houston Wedding Venue In A City Setting
This one was not really in the running for us because of the city setting, but it is a beautiful, fascinating, historically important setting, and also a great value! In downtown Houston, the Lancaster Houston historical hotel makes an excellent location for an elegant wedding. This historical building (circa 1925) features beautiful and timeless European architecture. Decorated in genuine 19th century works of art, this spacious Houston wedding venue is the perfect place for a wedding that includes up to 150 guests. The happy couple will enjoy both the convenience and the surprising affordability of wedding package suite pricing. Accommodations in this elegant setting are a real value complete with valet parking, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for two, as well as a complimentary breakfast.
