Every one’s ideology to lead a happy life is different. There are many reasons to be happy. Similarly there are few situations in life that eventually makes us downhearted thinking about them. Life is too short to worry about little things that holds us back. Happiness is not in our circumstances but in ourselves. Lead a life such that you set an example for others. Everything you need for a happy life is within yourself. In the end there are only three things in life that matters that is,how much you loved,how gently you lived and how appealingly you let go of things that are not meant for you. There are three attributes which a person should follow for a happy life. Forgive,Forget,Move on. When you try to implement these qualities in your life you can stay elated as long as you live.

FORGIVE

“To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner is you” is a well said quote by Lewis B. Smedes. When any person creates an unpleasant act that leaves a bad impact on us we tend to keep that in our mind which keeps reminding us about the pain we had experienced. These feelings if not tamed builds up an awful thought about that person which keeps growing with time. We never feel like meeting such people back in life and we get upset when few related moments occur in any different case. Forgiveness is a best form of love. Forgiving someone does not make you smaller instead it makes you grow beyond what you are. Forgiving someone in life is not what we do for others but it is what we do for ourselves to move on in life. Few annoying situations occur in our life where we end up hurting each other and breaking our relationships with them. No one in this world is perfect,all of us make mistakes. When we start forgiving others we learn to forgive ourselves during any other guilty circumstances. Forgiving someone may not be an immediate action it does take time but once when we start forgiving our soul feels lighter and will therefore lead to healthy relations.

FORGET

When we truly forgive someone we will forget about the wrong that was done to us. Forgetting means to let go the situation that held us so long to forgive a person. Always try to forget the reasons that hurt you but never forget the lesson which you learnt from it. “The first to apologize is the bravest,the first to forgive is the strongest and the first to forget is the happiest” is an anonymous quote which I guess everyone should follow. When we don’t forget things nothing changes and everything remains the same. Nothing is impossible because the word itself defines “I m possible”. So,always try to forget the situations which hurt you to eventually move on in life.

MOVE ON

The best decision one can make in life is to move on. It may be the hardest choice but once we take a step forward we can start a new beginning. It does hurt to let go of things and move on but sometimes it hurts even more to hold on to it. When you start moving on you start growing up in your life. Though it is tough one must take a decision to move on and take a stand for oneself. Certain things in life happen for a reason. What ever has happened in the past can never be changed. Things that cannot be changed has to be let gone to move on in life and stay happier. So don’t waste time and hold ill feelings for others. Share happiness and stay happy.
