Great Plan when getting married in Vegas

Updated on December 9, 2012

Where will you Stay?

When planning a trip to Las Vegas to get married, your first plan of action is to find a hotel to suit your needs. There are so many options to choose from though. First, you will need to figure what you want in a hotel. Do you want to be on the Strip? Do you want a hotel that also has a casino? Do you want all-inclusive? Do you want a hotel that has a wedding chapel in it? When you have determined your hotel needs then it is all about what you are willing to spend. Prices can really vary in a place like Las vegas. I recommend using, so you can get the best prices for what you want.

What Type of Wedding Do You Want?

When getting married in Las Vegas there are many options on where and how you want to get married. Vegas offers themed weddings, drive-thru weddings, traditional weddings, and more. There are many wedding chapels in Vegas, including some in hotels. Weddings can also have a wide variety of prices. You can get married for as little as $50 or as much of $5000+. It all depends on how many guests you want, how many pictures you want, flowers, clothing rentals and much more.

What else to do while visiting Vegas?

There are so many activities and shows to watch while in Vegas. Some are free and some are a little pricey. You can visit to Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, and much more. There are concerts, tours, rides 108 stories up over the Strip and many other things to do. The cheaper route includes the waterfalls outside of the Bellagio, a Pirate show outside of Treasure Island, and other sites along the Strip.

Just got back from Vegas a few weeks ago stayed at the Aria fantastic hotel right in the middle of everything, noticed two couples getting married while I was there, we did think of doing this ourselves but it became to complicated with my family from the UK and my wife's grandparents to old to travel that far from Detroit to Vegas but I think it's a really good idea.
