That depends on your budget !!...When planning a wedding decide on a budget and try to stick with it or you will find it soaring .
Remember that venues add a naught to everything...mention wedding and the prices go up..for instance I tried it by requesting a price for a family dinner for 120 people and suggested a menu was quoted £10 a head ...phoned a week later quoting a wedding for 120 people same menu ..£45 a head..where is the logic in that ? Needless to say we didnt book that venue for our daughters wedding.
Its not a case of what a wedding should cost more what you want it to cost...the average wedding is said to cost about £15,000 ....about it I would say counting the honeymoon as well....usually these days the cost is shared between the couple , the grooms and brides parents ,making it a lighter financial burden !!!
Good Luck with your plans and have a lovely wedding day !!
