If you guys want to work things out you have to talk about it. Nothing will get fixed if you keep on tabling it and in the end all that pent up anger and frustration will explode. So fix it while you still can smile

Most couples problems derive from chronically un-met relationship needs. Learning how to reciprocally identify, communicate and meet each others needs, is the first step in establishing a healthy, resilient and lasting relationship.

Talking is always the best way, but if the other needs some space, you have to respect that.

Talk it out, i have been through some really unhappy relationships and I chalk it up to the lack of communication. Now of course communication needs to come from both sides!

In all honesty, you have to talk to your partner.  Communication is key in every relationship.

As all I too say:communication. When communicate often we do some important mistakes that may worse the situation. So, communication is not only talk, but also listen ( really! ) and express our feeling without blaming the other.

Talk to your partner about the problem.
Find exactly where the problem is.
Decide how to fix the problem.
    Do what you have decided.
If this fails seek professional help.
Sometimes unbiased look at the problem is helpful.

I would say, following my own framework:

    1. First believe the problem can be solved.

    2. Be open to all factors of the problems in the relationship.

    3. Refuse to be stuck in any terminology trap and any other 'assumption' trap - take the problem as is, and analyze it as a unique object.

    4. Get out of the comfort zone when looking for the solution.

    5. Practice, practice, practice until perfection.
