That's a double standard and it is really up to you to determine that. Every relationship is different, but each person has a say. If he won't let you voice your concerns or thoughts, he might not be the right one for you.
Also, everyone is good enough for everyone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. People change, feelings change. If he is making you feel so unhappy, my advice would be to either confront the situation and tell him so, or to leave him to be happier.
As for "hehe" being part of cheating, do you mean laughing at someone's jokes? It could be that he felt you were flirting with other men and he does not realize he does the same thing. Good luck!
