   Do you only look at things from your perspective?
   
   Or do you put yourself in other people's shoes when dealing with problems or arguments?

   Not anymore, learned to look it a situation from many different ways. I studay alot by observing relationships, I study on my own, besides social work on humanity, spiritual, political views. without looking at the whole picture you  have small town limited view. I've hear what people say and do all over the world.

   Since I've matured in age and wisdom, I like to think from other people's perspective and try to imagnie how they'd feel if I said this or did that. Very difficult stuff though.

   Sometimes.  I think there is a real skill in looking from other people's perspective.  Mindful of Atticus Finch saying that you can't know someone else's life until you step in their shoes and walk around.  Difficult to do at times but I do try hard.

   I try to have empathy. Dealing with employees for awhile I learned that many times something else is the challenge. Maybe it is a sudden financial stress - signing up Sally to Brownies or Johnny to Little League. Maybe the car didn't run. Or, some person cut them off on their drive to work. It goes on and on.

   No i find myself and understanding person so before jumping to conclusions i usually try to see the other persons view. if they said anything that may offend me i try to believe that not everyone really means to offend you because i know i may say somethings that offend people with out meaning to. its like putting your foot in your mouth.

   I try my best every day to put myself in the others' shoes. Everyone does things for a reason, and understanding relieves a lot of frustration.

   I didn't before. But the older I get the more I am aware of different sides of things and how right and wrong can be blurred and more importantly, I can (sometimes) let go of the need to be right.

    It won't hurt to look at things from different points of view. It will give you a chance to understand and connect to others. But make sure to always look for the side of truth. Just keep your eyes and, more importantly, your heart open.

    I really try to put myself in other peoples shoes and try to understand feelings and motives. We really are much more alike than we are different.

    Of course not.
    
    Well I start looking from my perspective but let´s say there is so much more.
    
    It is like looking into a tunnel, you just see whats straight ahead but if you check other perspectives then it is more like you look from a mountain top and you can see everything.
