OK, I am weird, so my answer is weird. Age, in my perspective, is meaningless. It is only a measurement and what it is measured to or with is the question. Usually age as a number is a social matter. I'll propose two thoughts on this. Both are factual.
First, I experienced retrograde amnesia at the age of 24. My previous life was basically wiped away or at least hidden in a dense fog. It took some years and still is ongoing for recall. But, getting to the point, am I 56 - my age, or am I 32. I had to relearn social amenities, relearn relationships, blah, blah, blah.
Second, this is hypothetical, there are two unique individuals.
A = at this split second on their birthday = 29 years old
B = at this split second birth = 0 years old
One year passes.
A = experienced 1/30th of their lifetime
B = experienced a whole lifetime
Who has lived the longest?
