What person in your life has been constantly there to support you, even when everything else failed?

I would say myself. Even people who mean the best can't always be there to support you, you need to be able to take care of yourself. However, I have had some friends and of course family that are there when I need them. One of my best friends from college being one of these people.

Although, imo, if they're constantly there to support me, then they're not doing what's right, sometimes a person has to take care of  themselves. Not always of course, just sometimes.

My sister.  I can't imagine my life without her support and I would hope that she would say the same about me.

My mother and sister. People have came and gone throughout my life and hurt me sometimes, and I always feel guilty when I focus on the temporary people and don't appreciate the family that has helped me most.

My husband is always there for me, never critical, always supportive, even when I have failed at something.

I am so fortunate to have a whole team of people that are there for me in my times of need.  My parents, my sisters and brother, and my husband.  They are all wonderful and have seen me through some rough times.  My parents were my foundation and throughout my life have provided whatever they could to get me through a situation, whether it was emotional or financial support that I needed, without passing judgement.  My siblings are all great sounding boards - I always feel better after talking things over with them.  My husband is my partner in every sense of the word.  He is always there for me to lean on, to cry on when I have to, and to guide me to the next step.  He knows my abilities, accepts my limitations, and loves me anyway.  My family is sort of stuck with me - he got to choose - so now just having him by my side is usually enough to get my through anything life throws my way.

My wife. No problem how much difficulties we have to face ahead with all obstacles, there is no change in our faith of love. We stand by each other no matter what. It is what that keeps us going to help our children in life.

All of my life, my mother has been the wind beneath my wings. Even now that I live thousands of miles away from her she continues to be a robust pillar in my life. Life's obstacles are unavoidable, but knowing that there is someone who I can count on for advice and support definitely makes all burdens less onerous.

My wife has always been there.  I have spent the last 4 years apart from her, but she and I have never stopped loving and having trust for one another.

my wife has been unbelievably supportive throughout our 49 years of marriage.  we went through some difficult years in terms of finances, but she never complained about my going to school rather than getting a second job, having to make do on a small salary at the beginning of my career.
during the past 20 years i have been disabled and needed increasing amounts of assistance.  again, she has been more than supportive always, in all situations.
