For me, whether i need a drink or not would depend on the situation. If i am really sleepy and tired, then i would need my tea to wake me up.
However, i must have my breakfast but if i have so many errands to do, then i would rather finish all those errands and have brunch instead.
So far, it has not effected me as i suppose i have trained my body to work as such. I also try to have 5 light meals rather than 3 large meals and sufficient sleep, at least 7-8 hours a day.
