   Name the 3 most important qualities that you look for in a guy
   
   More specifically, I'm wondering what is more important to you (personally). Appearance? Personality? Financial security? Does he need to be good father material? Are his...er..."family jewels"...really as important as guys would have us believe?
   
   So the top 3 most important qualities that you look for in a guy...but feel free to list as many as needed, or list the most endearing qualities you find in your hubby, or just describe our dream guy (then let me know if you find him and he has a brother).

   willingness to achieve, continuous self development, passion in what he does
   fun, social, charismatic
   full of energy, humour, love for life
   and of course...he has to look a bit better than a monkey

   Loving, Kind Thoughtful, hardworking , great at lovemaking ,sense of humour & fun , goes snorkeling etc with me ! is a great cook, and so much more , his brother is nothing like him !

   Having been married to the same for 30 years, I am not "looking" for a "guy".  May I, tell you some of the things that I have and continue to appreciate about my hubby?
   
   
   He is a guy's guy............he says what he thinks, when he thinks it.
   
   He does what he does, ( ladies, pay attention) when he needs to do it.
   
   He crawls under the house, to rescue newborn puppies or to fix broken water pipes.
   
   He buys the tires,  balances the suspension, weathers the pipes, digs the sewer lines, refills the heaters and air conditoners, hooks up the washing machine, strings or restrings the clothesline, pays for the prom dresses and matching shoes..............
   
   
   He endures holidays, hearing my brothers speaking of  how they "fixed" things..........knowing that they only " patched" them.........he does it right.........his family relies on this........
   
   He defends his wife and his daughters..............keeping to himself, that he would like to have had a  son, he cherishes and spoils his grandson.......
   
   He gets up in the middle of the night, to bring his daughter safely home, spends the next day, repairing her vehicle.................even driving to another state to ensure that she is safe.........
   
   
   My man.................wears his dedication on his face, while I get to hide behind anti-aging creams.
   
   He simply answers the call:  what needs doing?
   
   He wears his responsiblilty well, and I, his beloved wife, cherish his every wrinkle and grey hair..........his salt and pepper beard is the most attactive thing that I have ever felt against my face.
   
   I can approximate his height, guess his weight, have no clue to his BMI, and that puddgy belly......it is a testimony to the good food that I have prepared him, as he worked up an appetite.
   
   
   loyalty.........but you will not know this in a  matter of 'dates'
   
   provision........you will not appreciate this, until you have faced hard times
   
   protection..........without danger, it has no meaning
   
   
   Young ladies and young women.........ask this...
   
   
   Would this guy take care of me and my needs?  It is the simple best indicator of all that you need to know.

   1. Smile- nice white teeth are nice to see.
   2. Hair- Because I use to cut hair in a barber shop!
   3. Personality- Gotta have someone to make me laugh.

   I would be interested in a guy if (A) He doesn't think he's the greatest thing ever but isn't overly shy, (B) He isn't a pretty boy but has some nice features and can at least take care of himself (Showers everyday, doesn't smell, wears clean, age appropriate clothing, hair looks clean and cut at least somewhat short) (C) Isn't lazy and doesn't want to just drink and party all day every day.
   
   That alone isn't enough to make me interested but it's a good start.  They also have to be able to carry on a conversation (not just talk about sex or how awesome they are with women...no one wants to hear that) and I like guys that listen to at least some of the same music/ watch some of the same shows as me (this tends to mean we think alike or have the same type of humor/ interests).  If they like to read and have intelligent debates about history or politics or relationships that's a plus.  I like guys who are outgoing with a good sense of humor.  Oh and they have to have manners and show that they respect women.  And they have to listen and not just talk.  I think that covers the basics.
