   Why do humans need love?
   
   Why are we driven to love someone, to the point of distraction, even beyond child-bearing years?

   After losing the only person I truly believe I have been in love with, I would have to say yes. There is a huge hole where all of those feelings used to be. And it is making it very difficult to bond with someone else.

   We cannot live without love. We can not be just one. Love sustains us. But as people we sustain and carry each other. Love is sharing. When someone is poorly or in need of help or if there is trouble or something that is shameful that has happened, love can often be the reason why people do things for us or why we do things for them. Out of love.
   
   Love makes us do things for others and we damn the torpedo and risk it all for love. Love means growing up. Love means complication, but wanting the complication anyway. Babies, families, tears or whatever.
   
   It is very distracting, but it's amazing and so worth every second of the joy or pain. Even being apart means that love is the only pain I tolerate, cos the one I love is so worth it. Love leads to more than just love.
   
   Nothing makes me feel more alive than being loved...

   Love is sharing and caring. Sacrficing your energy, time and money for another person's well being. Love is what we longed for. humans are made to make connections through acts of kindness, physical and emotional intimacy. We need eachother for our growth just like iron sharpens iron, love makes us mature through pain or joy.
