Probably not. I'd be grateful for having a healthy child. Inherently there are always risks when it comes to bringing children into the world. The risk increases the older one becomes. Among the top of list are down's syndrome and autism. Even if you are someone who knows for sure you could handle taking care of a "special needs" child (for as long as you live), you still have to consider what happens with them once you die.
There are lots of people who wish they could have conceived (one healthy child). If there is a personal need/desire to have more children in the household there are lots of kids who need to be adopted.
