I agree with that statement. I try to keep my enemies closer than my friends. It is said that progress is the sweetest revenge. And I like my enemies to see my progress every time.

karth ur entitled to yur belief, but I'm quite sure there R more important people u will "impress".  Yur enemy more than likely is wasting their time watching u and will cringe at your success.  It's probably better 2 celebrate with the 1s u love

Definitely Vonda. Appreciate your view point smile That is what I want my enemies to do. Cringe at my success. Because it is the same people who try to pull me down in every possible way, physically and emotionally. And I like to show them my capability

Not really......being that your enemy is seeking your demise.  If you think about it, preferring to be "close" to them will make you no different than them.......You're signing up to play a game that "evens out the odds" and is also a waste of time.  9 times out of 10 the fact that you have enemies (especially if you haven't done anything to them) says you're doing something right.  It's best to stay focused on your whats worth your focus.  I don't find anything wrong with being aware of your enemies  cause awareness is key

I disagree because I do not want to keep people around me in any way that are my enemies. I know someone that does this and is often burned by it because the enemies are close enough to learn of their ideas, plans, friends, and colleagues and use these things to their advantage.

What do you do with your life that you have "enemies"?  I think we all have people in our lives that we don't get along with, but "enemies"?  Who are these enemies, the guy at work who keeps changing the office radio to country, or the woman who got the only tub of classic hummus off the shelf at Sam's Club?  (That just happened to me this weekend and I didn't start mumbling under my breath, "You realize of course, this means war...")  Unless you're the Emperor of Rome or just sold your beloved movie franchise to Disney after cheesing off your entire fan base with three horrific prequels, you really shouldn't think of anyone as your enemy.
