Do you think it is ok to break-up a relationship by email?

Today, many things are communicated by email. Do you think a relationship break-up is acceptable by email, or should it be done in person or by phone where you can hear an actual voice.

I thought the same thing...not being serious in the first place or not being able to go through with the break up if they actually talked. Thanks.

True, we don't have control in what other people choose to do, or the manner in which they chose to do it. Thanks for your views.

I agree, I know someone this happened to... very dissapointed in this manner of breaking up, when tried to call, other person wouldn't answer. So rude!

I guess everyone has their reasons for doing things their way...at that point they aren't trying to be courteous.
