Ideally a girl's mother should be her role model. If she is not in her life than hopefully her grand-mother, aunt, or big sister.
Celebrities are in the business of creating "images" with the aid of a team of people including their agent, publicist, and manager. Most of what is written about them is a calculated crafted strategy by their team to keep their name in the spotlight.
I can't tell you how many times Jennifer Anniston's image pops up for no other reason than the dress she wore, her almost getting on the same plane as Angelina Jolie, Each and every time Brad Pitt states how much happier he is at this point in his life...etc The media feels the need to bring up Jennifer Anniston. And then there are the rumors about her engagement. "Is it on or off?" Who really cares?! I don't mean to pick on her per se. Clearly she has a good PR team!
In fact a lot of the celebrities have people who contact photographers/Paparazzi to inform them when their flights arrive or where they will be dining and so forth. Young upstart celebrities are always looking for ways to "push the envelop" to increase their fame and fortune. The last thing they are concerned about is the message it sends to some little girl in Kansas or wherever. Truth be told it's not their job to educate or instill morals in their fans.
Their goal is to sell tickets!
