In all honesty I believe every man wants to (end up) with a "good girl" just as every woman wants to (end up) with a "nice guy".
Having said that a large part of being young is seeking "excitement" and not "stability". Hormones are raging sex is very much on the mind of the teenage male. While many girls place a value on their virginity most guys can't wait to get rid of theirs! One of the biggest fears for a lot of teenage boys is "dying a virgin". :-)
Therefore they seek out girls who will have sex and enjoy having sex while not confusing it with love or expecting a "lifetime commitment" from a 16 year old boy.
Girls often go through a "bad boy" phase as well. They seem to live by the creed of: "We adore those who ignore us and ignore those who adore us".
Countless numbers of "nice guys" have sit stunned on the sidelines watching girls throw themselves at guys who treat them like crap. The "bad boy" is seen as a challenge, he's unpredictable, he's confident (borderline arrogant), and if other girls want him that raises his stock even higher.
I've often said if you stick a woman in a room with 5 men and four them are on their knees extending their heart towards her while the fifth guy sits in a corner sipping a cocktail and acts like she does not exist...That's the guy she will want to get to know! LOL! (He's a man of mystery).
People tend to place a higher value on things they had to earn or pay for. A man who instantly showers a woman with love, affection, and attention does not turn on a young girl as much as being with a guy whom she is "unsure" where she stands. This true of men. In fact a woman wrote a book titled: "Why Men Love Bitches!" That's the sad truth about being young and dumb.
Here's a "good girl" VS "bad girl" example. According to public images Jennifer Anniston is "the girl next door" and "Angelina Jolie" is the girl "across the street". Some guys want to be with a woman who has a wild side. Angelina comes off as a "anything goes" kind of girl.

Nothing.  Nice people make excellent relationship partners.  If you don't want to be in a relationship with a nice person, there's something wrong with you. Some believe nice people are boring.  That is their loss!
