Here is a great one I just found:
Texas Road House Honey Butter (I've tried it and it is too good!)
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
Make sure the butter is very soft but not melted. Add sugar first, then honey and cinnamon last. I don't care for cinnamon so I substituted 1/2 tsp of vanilla and the stuff is awesome on biscuits, toast--just about anything. You could make pancakes and use the honey butter. Whip it all together really well and refrigerate.
Also I want to try cutting back the P. sugar just slightly and adding pureed strawberries...should work with any fruit I would think.
