My addiction is bread/dough related foods; pizza, doughnuts, cakes, biscuits, pancakes, pastries, cinnamon raisin toast, croissants, dinner rolls, cookies, muffins, and so on.
However I don't become 'ill" if I don't get them nor am I willing to jeopardize my life and health by constantly overly indulging daily. Nevertheless it is an urge that I fight on daily basis. It's extremely difficult to resist if I face a major disappointment. I guess I'm an emotional eater period whether I'm in a great mood or sad mood.
