Why do people use feelings to base their beliefs. I don't mean religion, but a factual issue.


Do you know anyone, who in a discussion over something that needs solid, hard facts can only contribute " because I feel that way" Then they are the ones who later cry the blues when it was wrong and caused them grief. Then they think you made a lucky guess.

    That does make sense, seems with time they would learn to stop, think, and delay the answer. We can train ourselves to do most anything.

    Myself I go with instinct, common sense, and logic, my heart many times leads my on a wild goose chase, and has been a selfish decision. It takes some mastering. Thank you for you thoughts, and you are so right, many do operate in this fashion.
