Each of us is entitled to have our own "deal breakers".
Some people actually view jealousy and obsessiveness as "acts of love" or see it as a sign that their mate "cares" about them.
There are others who view drama and fighting to be "passion". They would be bored without it!
Ultimately however it comes back to the individual and whatever it is they want or need in order to feel loved. One thing is for certain; expecting someone to become who they are (not) is being unrealistic. Never ignore "red flags".
Very few people are walking around with one hand held up in the air screaming: "I'm looking for someone to change me!"
Most people want to be loved and accepted for who (they) are. In the long run it's best to invest time finding someone who (already is) the kind of person you want to be with.
There are only two ways to experience joy and peace of mind in relationships: We either get what we want or we learn to be happy with what we have. Stay or move on. The choice is up to us.
