Absolutely not, I've never been offended by another woman hitting on me.
1.) I don't suspect she has some high-string ulterior motive of getting in my pants and 2.) I probably don't have to worry that she'll stalk/threaten/harass/try to kill me if I turn her down.
I'd MUCH rather be hit on by a girl.
Never it only means that I look good to both men and woman and there is nothing wrong with that at all......
