Someone insults your spouse,Would you be in fighting mode, what would you say or do?
You can react in any of the following ways:
1. You can use harsh language against him.
2. You can assault him physically.
3. You can ask him to behave properly.
4. You can neglect it or don't react to it.
If that person belongs to any of your relatives or friends,i suggest you shouldn't try to use harsh language or assault him though he has done a mistake. I suggest you should ask him to behave properly or say sorry.
If that person is not much attached to you and he still tries to insult your spouse, its fine to slap, but avoid in public.
Very good answer. The question came up because of a family member who got insulted by a strange guy in front of her boyfriend and he didnt respond at all.I think that my husband would have said something to him Too.
I don't think violence is the answer because you will be no help to your spouse in the clink. I would ignore it or tell the instigator to grow up.
Depending on the situation, I would let my partner handle it. After all, the insult was aimed at them and they have the choice to defend or ignore. Same goes if I was insulted in front of my partner, I would prefer he let me handle it.
Thats a good perspective thank ypu for your answer

I have done 5 surveys and everyone says that they think 3 is average but then I find out that the real average is twice a month. So if you can answer the question that would be great, not how much you think but how much you are!
