I would think the answer to this would be the same for homosexual couples as it is for heterosexual ones. One's sexual preference shouldn't dictate the method for having a family. There are as many ways to do that as there are couples trying to do so.
Most couples who are unable to have their own children explore a variety of options, which may include surrogacy and/or adoption. Each couple finds the way that works for them, regardless of their sexual orientation.
And yes, homosexuals can be pro-life, Republican, members of the NRA, doctors, lawyers, and chiefs of Native American tribes. Gay people can be anything---except straight.
