    No.
If there's a mutual attraction, similar sense of humor, interests, and chemistry then by all means go out and enjoy each other's company! Successful men have dated women from all walks of life.
Success shouldn't be one of those things that cause you to exclude someone. Don't hold her success against her!
Dating for the most part in my opinion is a fun and social activity. Odds are most of the people who date don't end up married.
However if during the process you discover you're with someone very special then be open to allowing the relationship to evolve.

He can still take care of you. What woman doesn’t want to feel a man is taking care of her? Of course you do. And a man likes to feel he’s taking care of his lady. This doesn’t mean he has to have a bigger number on his paycheck.

      I'm a male.
Major female stars like Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Madonna, Oprah,  or Jennifer Lawrence would rarely meet guys who earn as much money as them. The great thing about being rich is you can focus on other traits!

Not necessarily. One of Jennifer Lopez's former husband's was a backup dancer!
Cher once dated a guy who worked in a bakery.
A very wealthy woman doesn't need a man to provide for her.
She's free to focus on his other traits or contributions.

Yeah, but which of Jen's marriage last? Britney Spear married a backup dancer and the guy turn out to be white trash. Every successful women that married nobody and stay together, is because they are married, way before she succeed

Caring for a woman may have traditionally meant footing the bill, but real love and care has little to do with what you can afford. (Ask anyone who’s married to a rich douchebag.) A real partnership is one in which you BOTH support and provide for each other. A confident, self-possessed man (you know, the kind you want to date?) will be impressed by a woman who has done well for herself. And if he makes less it's okay because as long as you're a team and communicate is what matters and besides a man can take care of his woman  takes, in ways that matter most—making delicious meals, spending time together, holding hands, and generally being a calming and steadying force in your partners life. Something money cannot buy. The reason it works is because you appreciate what efforts he makes, and let him know it. And he’s not the least bit resentful or intimidated by what you earn. Real love and care has little to do with what you can afford. A real partnership is one in which you BOTH support and provide for each other.

Yeah...I don't think I can do that, I prefer a girl who is only as accomplish as me or a girl that is a high school graduate looser that is still on minimum wage, after 10 years.
