I have to say that by my basic nature, I am an individual who tends to be "Happy" 90% if the time. I should add that I'm gauging this "happiness" according to degrees of overall contentment.
(Not to mistake this happiness as an exuberance & excitement that appears exaggerated.)
I try to keep in touch with those people who mean the very most to me in this world, my children & their families, really special relatives and friends whom I consider equal to family, on as regular a basis as possible. There's no denying that I'm one of those women who is as happy as these important people are. When I'm comfortable in this area, all is good for me
I have simple needs that are just as simple to meet. While it's always a source of happiness to be enjoying an activity of sorts with someone I love or even a huge crowd, my favorite moments are experienced when I'm in solitude. I enjoy the "quiet" and serenity of sheer calmness, when I can block out any stress or tensions.. Add a cup of herbal tea & an excellent book or fabulous movie, in the comforts of my own home...and I'm truly as happy as I need to be. Good question. Peace, Paula
