"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
Nevertheless even those you see as being ugly/unattractive find love and marriage. Most people are "average looking" & know it!
Go to any public place: Mall, grocery store, movie theatre, park, beach, or church and you'll mostly average looking people. For most people falling "in love" is beyond their mate's physical appearance.
That may have been their initial reason for going out on a date but ultimately personality, compatibility, and sharing values will determine if a relationship is long lasting or not.
Very few people marry someone just for their "looks". That's just one component. It's easy to become cynical when one is having a challenging time finding a mate.
Oftentimes they're frustrated because they only want people who are considered "out of their league" or they continue to ignore those who show interest in them because they feel they're not in (their) own league.
Either way with over (7 Billion) people on the planet odds are there are more than a few people who would be attracted to any of us. Rejection just means (Next)!
