    Be cool, play hard to get, and don't be too available.  Show interest in talking to your girl friends even if he's there and make him jealous to catch a minute of your time.

    Don't treat him like an idol even if he does ask you out, and don't be too sad if he doesn't.  If you force the issue and he didn't want to badly enough to speak up, he wouldn't have made a good boyfriend anyway.  You want someone who wants you, not someone who under appreciates you.

    Rowey11, gosh this is a hard one but I would just talk with him.  Not about asking you out but letting him get to you know you so he will ask you out.  Your other options to get him to ask you out is;

    1.  Ask him to a movie or a group event.
    2.  Ask him out (don't wait for him to ask you)
    3.  Whatever party you are going to, ask him to come or ask him and his friends to join your party
    4.  Talk to him, just talking is a good thing
    5.  Give him a sign that you want him to ask you out, like touch him on the shoulder, or kiss him on the cheeck (in private, you don't want to embarass him either in front of others)

    I hope this is helpful, please let me know if you have questions.  Remember, the best you can do is communicate to him.  Many wishes for you

    Even guys who are very shy find a way to ask out a girl they want to spend time with. So even though he might really like you, if he's not asking you out, he may not be readly or willing to start dating you whatever his reasons may be.

    In saying that, if you're really keen on him and want to ask him out, you're best to keep a cool attitude and be casual about it - putting any pressure on him to wine and dine you though isn't a good idea. He might just need time.

    Show interest yourself, if you dare invite him out... if you not you can still show interest about him and his hobbies he'll pick up on it.
    If still he doesn't he's a little slow...

    Ask HIM out. Don't be shy about it, just act like you would if you were asking any of your friends to go hang out.
