What do you think about inter-racial relationship? does it work?
I don't see why it wouldn't work. We're all people, basically we're all the same.
Absolutely! Not everyone is stuck in the past, most men are actually interested in steering away from their own race. The only problem is most of them will not approach you in that way, in fear that you aren't interested in other races. In some cases you don't have to worry about that but just be aware that they are very shy sometimes.
I was in an interracial relationship not too long ago with an asian man and it was my best relationship thus far. Not knocking the black men but opposites really do attract,we compliment each other. If you need any more advice don't hesitate to ask. Best of luck to you!
most definetly they work. i think it's just a matter of where you live that might make it hard. but a person's race doesn't matter if the couple love each other.
ya i think it works as a matter of fact i am white and my boyfriend is black.
It might not work for everyone, but I've seen inter-racial relationships work. My parents are of different races, and my boyfriend and I are of different races, too. It's a matter of how hard you are willing to work, and overcome cultural differences, to keep the relationship going.
it is up to the couple in question. If they want it to work, it will work but I would suggest they pray over it to God for real success.
It works based on understanding and love, maybe we should start our own.
What does race have to do with a relationship working or not. It is people principles, values, believes, feelings, thoughts, perceptions, preferences, the ones that build or destroy a relationship, not their colour!!!
So, definitely, yes, if the partners are compatible.
It takes two to tango. A single hand cannot clap so also in relationship whether intra or inter-racial ones, it depends on the two individuals in concern, they can make it work or not work. Thanks.
Thats like asking if relationships work! Of course it does.
I think we've come a long way with the 'black-white thing'.. but the point is that we are all [just] people, living, learning and loving. I think if someone has a problem with it.. then they need to find a hobby or do some yoga or something!
I think you get out of a relationship what you put into it. If you love somebody you love them no matter what race they are. It's not up to me to dictate who somebody else should date. The inter-racial relationships I've witnessed have worked, others have not, it just depends on the couple. It's up to them to make it work. Think about it, some people pray to God to send them a good man, or a good women, but did you ever stop to think, that maybe that person is right infront of you, but you are so busy looking at the color of their skin that they pass you right on by.....
I think there would be much bigger issues than race that would prevent it working. Opposite religious views, morals, and lifestyles would be more of a barrier.
Of course it works! Technically I've been in an inter-racial relationship but I don't even think about it that way because it never occurred to me until recently. Race is just such a non-issue, I hardly notice it at all.
i think that anyone who passes judgment upon others will aslo be judged race dosent matter as long as he treats you right who cares
I don't like the term 'interracial relationship' just call it a relationship.

What do you think about mixed marriage?I am interested in discovering the phenomenon of mixed marriage. Even, perhaps I will not refuse if I then become part of it. As the world gets more globalized, there is a stronger possibility to have cross-cultural marriage.

For some reason, I don't mind it if I knew I was going to a show or watching a show that will have racial and ethnic jokes. However, if it's something out of the blue or caught me off guarded I may find myself offended by it.I ask this because I was watching George Lopez's Lopez Tonight's premiere...
