Would you ask if anyone has just lost his or hey money, or would you just pocket the money and walk

If you  happen to stumble across USD 100 dollars  on the street and there are some people moving around. what would you do?

I would try to return the money by asking around and then handing it in to the local police station.

I would return it to the person after asking them if they lost it, if they can tell me how much it is they lost. In fact once I found 2 100 dollar bills at a gas station and I ask everyone their, but no one had claimed they lost any money. So this time I got to keep it.

It's very important to not keep anything that can be returned because you don't know how much it means to the one who lost it. Who knows it could of been part of there rent or for food or something else major. Honesty changes peoples lives!

Depends, if you clearly see it fall from the person's pocket then you should return it to the said person. If only one person is in close proximity to the cash, then obviously that person dropped it even if you didn't see it. However, if it's a crowded space, and you didn't see who dropped it, understand that ANYONE could claim it's their money when you ask. In that case, I would just pocket it.

I would ask if anyone lost their money. If I dropped $100.00, I would want someone to ask me if I lost money. If you do good things, good things will happen to you.

I would pick it up and turn it in to the police.  I think if you asked someone, they would likely say, oh yeah i lost it, thanks!!  But did they?  So I would turn it in to the police.
