yes it's possible...but it's wrong and you have to determine yourself who among the two is the person you TRUELY love.

No, because if you really loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen in love with the second one. Although you can feel the feelings of infatuation, or lust, or feelings correlated for two people.

    anything is possible...
it depends on individual, for example a guy who likes 'hip hop break dancing' but is happily working as an engineer. You can see it is 2 different opposite life interest. I'm not saying he is suffering from 'split personality' disorder...but this is his life: an individual.

*part of him will love a girl who is a melancholy temperament: Analytical, Deep thinker, Organized, Conscientious (SERIOUS)
*another part of him will love a girl who is a sanguine temperament: Cheerful, Bubbly, Passionate, Outgoing (STORY TELLER)

to Love someone also means the power of letting go. what is the purpose you love him/ her? isn't it not to see them happy? if you hang on to 2 person in your life, are you sure you can cope by giving both sufficient love they need? in the lovey-dovey period may seem everything is possible. but in the long run, it will be a burden. That is why you need to let go 1.

to be in love with someone is easy. but the main key to 'love' is to spend your whole life exploring your love one and set an adventure trail together!

I don't think It Is  possible to be in love with two different people because how can you be faithful to one or the other?
I think that  It Is possible to have feelings for more than two people but one could argue that maybe one  of those feelings could be lust , just a sexual thing and not really the loving and caring type of feeling.

Most people believe love is lust, so I guess it is possible for them to be in lust with many people.

of course it is. your heart and mind don't shut off to others just because you fall in love with one person. you can fall in love with two people at once easily. the trick is to do what is right and not hurt anyone getting what you want from both.

I have to agree with (Lauren!!!!). If you were truly "in love" with the first person you never would have become involved with a second person! In order for a (second person) to get inside your heart you would have had to be open to cheating on the first person even if it was  "emotional cheating". You would have had to lie either directly or by omission to the first person in order to spend time needed to fall in love with the second person. Once you've (cheated) on the first person it is possible to love more than one person for different reasons. However if you were really "in love" there never would have been a second person. You would not want to do anything to risk losing that person. One man's opinion! :-)

It is definitely possible to be in love with two persons, but I do not know what type of love you are talking about. if you mean loving a person with whom you want to spend the rest of your life, there can be only one such person. If it is care and affection you are talking about, it is possible to love two persons.

Loving someone is not the same as being faithful.

I think it is possible to love any number of people simultaneously.  This should not be confused with a promise of fidelity.

If you have promised someone that you will be faithful, you don't need to love them to do that, (although it makes it easier).  You simply have to keep your promise.

Most of us think that a lack of fidelity equates to a lack of love.

I submit a lack of fidelity equates to a lack of self-awareness in making the promise in the first place.

Don't get me wrong, I love my wife and I know my faithfullness to her empowers her, so I offer it freely without any reservations.  This doesn't mean I don't love anyone else.  I have chosen my wife above all others, so my actions are guided by that choice.

"In love" and 'love' may not mean the same in this context.  Is it possible to want to be with more than one person?  Sure.

Is it moral?  Depends on who's involved and what has been promised.

Love is a desire to care for others before focusing on oneself. We should ultimately be "in love" with everyone. However, romantically, not making a decision between two people is showing that you don't truly love either.

I've been on both sides of this situation. Either way it sucks and prevents you from truly loving. Get out of it as fast as possible!

Yes, it is possible.  I believe it is tortuous though.  It's like trying to exist in two separate worlds.  It's impossible to maintain, and painful choices must be made.  Somebody's going to get hurt in this scenario.

Hell yes!  I believe it is, I don't see many situations working out for a love triangle outside of Polygamy, but nonetheless, yes.  I have loved two people and am no stranger to falling in and out of love, but it never went anywhere with either by my choice.  Long story....

Possible? It is.  But is it real?  That's the question.  One cannot love two persons at the same time of the same degree to both of them.

Unfortunately, yes.  They were total opposites of one another and I fell in love with each man's different qualities. I didn't have to cheat though. Just because you love someone, doesn't mean you have to act on it.

If it's possible to be in love with one person, I'd say it's possible for there to be the existence of a person being in love with two people

You'd only be in love if you've allowed it. You could feel infatuated, sure, but to be truly in love would a choice. Love, however, is always misunderstood as a feeling. Love should not just be a noun or an adjective, but a verb.

Yep, I was there once. Finally, made up my mind and chose the one who loves me most ;D.

Hell ya! Loving two guys at a time, is a disaster!

Absolutely! Unfortunately though you can't cram the 2 people you love into one so you have to either make a choice between the two or move on to someone else entirely. I think it is very hard to say that you love 2 people equally. You may love things about both people but you will know in your heart who you'd rather spend the rest of your life with if it really came down to it. There is also the debate of whether monogamy is even right for everyone but...I won't get into that lol.

No, I don't believe it is. If you're in love, then you have eyes for that person, and that person only. No other person can interfere with that. You love them and it's final. To love two people at the same time, sure, that's definitely possible. But to be IN love with two is just...not possible. Unless, of course, the person doesn't truly have a proper understanding of love in the first place.

absolutely can not serve 2 master hahaha..besides if your in love or truly loving someone already and faithful to him/her,why the need to fall in love or to love someone else??? your a very loving person then or relationship is just a 2 way street and 3 is crowded..maybe your just infantuated to the other person but your not "in love" or you don;t 'love" him..or your just looking for some traits or quality that your current bf don't posses..granted your in love with 2 people at a particular time but you love them on a different level and intensity..choice the best one for you that fits your personality..don't make things complicated on yourself..goodluck!!! smile
