   The first thing I wanted to do when I was cheated on, was to get back at the other woman, but over time, I found that nobody else cares at all about what you think about her. Nobody.  So, any attempts you may make to get back at her, are at best, not going to work for you, and at worst could make your situation even more problematic.
   
   Your best revenge is living well, and to remember, the other woman didn't make you any promises, but your husband did, and it is he that is accountable to you. Unless, of course, your opinion of him is that he is an idiot whose judgment can be heavily influenced by the office cutie patootie. If that is your opinion of him, then it is likely you can do better, and should cut him loose.
   
   A man who cheats has no respect for his wife, and a good man wouldn't be influenced by any floozy no matter what she did to encourage him. Cut him loose, she did you a favor.

      Totally agree. Won't do you any good if you stooped down to their level. I'm a living example but I have very young kids I can't just leave. Until a week ago I thought he was my soul mate. I'm slowly starting to smell the coffee!

   Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and hoping the other person dies. It is a waste of time. If you are still battling this problem, then you need professional help. Have you read some books like " Toxic People" " Co-dependent No More" or looked into some support groups. If you continue to nurse and cultivate this negative energy in your heart and mind , it will eventually consume and destroy you. I wish you well.

   Before you make a legal move, try to check on your laws. Decide on what you really want to do.

   Let her have the guy!  Your man made a vow to you, and he broke that vow. Let him go.  He isn't worth the space that he is renting in your head, and neither is she.
   
   Legally, you could file for alimony. Insist that the terms of divorce be for adultery and have the woman named in your terms of divorce as the adulteress. You might could sue her for alienation of affection.The following seven states still allow spouses to sue “home wreckers” – Hawaii, Illinois, New Mexico, North Carolina, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Utah.
   
   However, you would have to have hard proof like pictures or copies of texts or emails.

    First does she know that he is married?  She may after all be an innocent party.  If she is not, give her a call pretending to be a nurse and telling her that you are trying to reach him about the results of his HIV positive test.
