If a person have kids, should the marriage be legal, only if one of the children agree?

Although people say, a marriage is between two people, in reality, frequently, it is much more complicated then that. If a person whom have children remarried, his/her spouse, would not only be his/her, husband/wife, but would also be his/her children's step father/mother. The kids should have a say, whether they want this stranger to be his/her step father/mother. So, in my opinion, if a person whom already have children is to be remarried, the law should only recognized the marriage, if at least one of his/her children, sign agreement, upon the marriage license. What do you think?

In a "free world" the vast majority of people don't want others choosing who they should married. This would include parents choosing their children's mates or vice versa.
Nevertheless a responsible parent would marry someone who is good and kind to their off spring. However love and marriage are not to be voted up or down. Being "in love" matters the most.
Each of us gets to (choose our own) friends, lovers, and spouse.
    Life is a (personal) journey.
Each of us is responsible for (our own) happiness.
It's highly unlikely a (child) would know what is best for you!
