If it makes you cry, let it go.
If it makes you angry, let it go.
If it isn't what you wanted it to be, let it go.
If you tried and it just wouldn't work, let it go.
If it stresses you more than it blesses you, let it go.
If it makes you feel bad about yourself, let it go.
If it hurts, let it go.
If you have to force it, let it go.

Once a day is gone, it can't be gotten back. Know what brings you goodness, completes you, warms your soul, makes you belly laugh, and makes you feel whole. Know what makes you proud and happy, and what makes you smile from your core...
Those are the things you should keep forever.
