You need to avoid sleeping with a guy on the first day out until you have known and understood each other well. But most ladies find themselves having going to bed with guys on the first day out. Men, being known as natural hunters, are the ones who always make the first move but due to the ladies being afraid of losing them, they give in to their sexual advances.

If he does not call you after sleeping with him, you can ignore him for about one to two weeks before sending him a short text message. Always stay cool and don't try to accuse him for what happened or for not calling you. This is the time you need to remain confident and face the world. Going out and telling friends what happened or how much you love him may make the guy embarrassed hence leading to rejection.       Any one who sleeps with a man on a first date to please him is doing a diservice to herself. No one should ever feel pressured to say yes. Say no until you are ready.
