Jealousy The Green Eye Monster

There are no room for jealousy in the work place. Being jealousy is a sign of ones insecurity of themselves.

Being jealous of your co-workers or boss is something could lead to serious problems if not immediately addressed.

What is jealousy ?Jealous is emotions that causes negative thought and feeling when a person is lacking in the ability to move forward.

In the workplace these feeling could extrapolate into angry or rage. women are at a higher risk of jealousy than men because they are motivated to want more out of life.

Some of the most hateful people in a job can be your co-workers, they pretend to be your friend and destroy you the first opportunity they get. No company should tolerate jealousy in the workplace, this could lead to and act of violence's. Once inside your work place you are considered a family, until it's time to leave.

To Eliminate some of these problems, always keep your workplace professional, encourages other to keep their personal problems outside the office. Surround yourself with co-worker who are positive. Avoid gossiping about issues that doesn't concern you, never involve yourself in others dispute.

The Green eye Monster of"Jealousy" could be deadly to hard working employers and there employees.

      Jada67, it's just the nature of human beings to be jealous. In any situation, when treats are presented, this usually evoke jealousy!

      jealousy has been around along time because of the success of others and the failure of people who tries so hard to succeed. People are human and at times wonder why they can't get ahead, as much as they tries.
