Wedding is undoubtedly one of the happiest and one of the most special events in one's life most especially for women. Women are romantic by nature. They have always dreamed of the day wherein they will walk down the aisle wearing white flowing and gorgeous gown and in front waiting for her is the man of her dreams. Well, once this happens in reality the dearest women are surely ecstatically happy and glad. Of course groom to be are equally happy too. Why not? He will be with the woman he loves the most and that's all that matters. Excitement is definitely in the air during wedding preparations but this should not hinder you to prepare everything perfectly in your most special day. To help you remember everything you have to prepare here are few tips:

1. Pick a special date for the wedding - do you want to get married exactly the date of your anniversary as boyfriend and girlfriend or maybe you have some lucky date according to Feng Shui that should be your wedding date? Whatever the reason or story behind the date you should pick this detail very carefully because this is something that you will remember for the rest of your life. Having a specific date would also be helpful in determining the theme of your party. You could prepare well when you already have an idea of the type of weather in the day of your wedding.

2. Venue of the wedding and the reception - the next thing that you should prepare is the venue of your wedding. Do you want to have a church wedding, garden wedding or wedding at the beach? When you already know what you want then you can look for specific venue of the wedding ceremony and the reception. It would be great to also consider the means of accessibility for your guests.

3. Set up the theme - every party these days have its own theme and this shall be the same case for your wedding. You could think of unique theme or maybe the most applicable for you and your partner. For example, the both of you are artists then you can come up with artistic ideas featuring your work of arts and favourite masterpieces. What's essential is that you have something to make everything well-coordinated in your wedding.

4. Prepare the wedding gowns and suits - brides are usually the ones that are excited when it comes to gowns and suits for everyone in the entourage. It is advisable to have your wedding gowns tailored or bought earlier so you can do necessary arrangements to make sure that it is perfect in your big day.

5. Make sure your guest list is complete - lastly, you have to make sure that you have sent the wedding invitations to all the people in your guest list. Also, double check that all your friends and relatives are on the guest list to avoid people getting hurt that you forgot to invite them. This is a special day so it is your chance to share to people close to you the proclamation of your love for each other.

These are the things that you should think about during your preparations for your wedding. Having a wedding planner will make everything easier for you but nevertheless it would be fun to be involved and hands on for your own wedding.
