The Hierarchical Structure within the Corrupt Modern Church System
Most religions and modern churches run on a hierarchical system that rule from the top down. The titles of pastor, reverend, apostle, deacon, bishop and elders etc. are appointed positions to control the masses. Scripture supports the functioning roles of elders, deacons and ministers, but many falsely assume that the government of God's people is to be run by the hierarchical structure of the priesthood, even though Christ eliminated it. The modern church system wrongly picks and chooses what it desires from both the old and new covenants to fit their own man-made purposes and plans instead of the way of Christ.
God worked solely through the high priest within the old covenant. All tithes were to be paid to the high priest; otherwise, it was considered robbing God. The high priest interpreted the Law and had the authority to act as a judge. The priesthood were the only ones who could serve God within the Temple. All the oracles of God were communicated from the priests so that the people would know when, where and how they could atone for their sins, keep the holy days and many of the other details that were involved with keeping the Law.
A modern minister within the church system when confronted about whether God wants a hierarchical form of government over His people will have difficulty proving it with Scripture in its proper context.
But this thou hast, that THOU HATEST THE DEEDS OF THE NICOLAITANS, which I also hate. – Revelation 2:6
So hast thou also them that hold the DOCTRINE OF THE NICOLAITANS, WHICH THING I HATE. – Revelation 2:15
The term Nicolaitan is something that God hates. The reason is that it is a system where men rule from the top down by taking authority over the ekklesia from Christ. Nico in Greek means to conquer, and laitan means lay people. When these two terms are put together, it literally means to be conquerors of the lay people.
The teachings of Christ laid out a different system and communicated who would have authority over the ekklesia.
I AM THE VINE, YE ARE THE BRANCHES: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. – John 15:5
This verse truly depicts who is Lord and that everyone has the opportunity to serve and function as part of his body. There are no politics because Christ who is the only one qualified to rule. Unfortunately, men in the modern church system want to ascend up the hierarchical ladder by seeking after titles of authority that places them over the brethren against the will of God.
But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; AND WHOSOEVER WILL BE CHIEF AMONG YOU,LET HIM BE YOUR SERVANT: Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. – Matthew 20:25-28
The Genuine Ekklesia Consist of Servants, not Lords
When true discipleship manifests among the ekklesia, the fruit manifests by recognizing and commending people who are utilizing the gifting’s that God has given them.
And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, THEY COMMENDED THEM TO THE LORD, on whom they believed. – Acts 14:23
Part of the functioning of the ekklesia is participating in commending the ones who have been faithfully serving among them. There is no need to consult a special board, or call up the main church denominational headquarters to get the okay. It should be obvious among the brethren that the individual has already been diligently serving the Lord.
Don’t buy into the sophistry of the modern ministers who do not want to give up their rule over you. They will often peacock their credentials as entitlement to do so. They will tell stories of how they are the divinely anointed ones who are the only qualified ones to have special knowledge revealed to them from God for you. They will be unapproachable unless you have access to their inner circle. They will have their special tables, seats, and parking spaces in front of the church building.
These impostors are not there to serve, but to rule. They will solely determine who gets appointed and approved according to their selfish purposes. They are considered pillars of the church system rather than the teachings of Christ and his authority. When someone contends against these hierarchs, they are often considered heretics to be shunned and isolated because of their divisive attitude. They will say not to touch “God’s anointed” when questioned about their teaching, nor allow discussion afterwards.
The spinsters of Scripture do not like to be held accountable for their misapplication of God’s word. They will use phrases like, “Thus sayeth the Lord” to make their statements absolute. The deception of their cunning are purposefully designed statements that are tailored made to take your money by coercing you into emotional reasoning to tithe, or give money to support their ministries.
The true functioning of the Body of Christ is about everyone becoming responsible stewards of Scripture with the purpose of conveying the genuine truth and exposing what is false so that it may be corrected.
Did Christ come to the poor and needy first, or did He say that He needs your monetary first to do the will of God?
We are to listen and give according to what God instructs, not by the coercion of guilt and manipulation from the modern church Pastor that says that we are commanded to tithe. No man has a right to demand any money from you as if it is a commandment from God under the new covenant through Christ.
The reason there is so many denominations and utter confusion within the church system is the mandated hierarchical structure. Man believes that he is to be in charge and in control.
The ekklesia simply serves by doing the will of God, but man’s desire is to be political. The masses are locked away in the confines of the four walls within the oppressive framework.
PROVE ALL THINGS; hold fast that which is good. – 1 Thessalonians 5:21
Those who desire to seek truth must come with a hunger and willingness to examine Scripture through an unmanipulated lens. A willingness to seek and grow in the knowledge of God requires correction if needed from our other brothers and sisters in Christ. The modern church is filled with the blind leading the blind. The hierarchical system through the history of the man-made church system has failed; the result has led to idolatry and worship of false gods. Money, power and high positions of authority are the factors that play a huge role in the religious money making business.
Millions of people are being spiritually abused and oppressed by hirelings who live lavish lifestyles. Their vision is not encouraging everyone to go out and help the poor and needy, but about bilking them of their money when they come into the building. They exercise excess authority, take excess money and try to usurp the governing authority of Christ.
Christ determines what goes on among the ekklesia, not some ordained high ranking salaried minister in the counterfeit Church system!
It wasn't man who ordained Christ, or the apostles, but it was God Himself. Christ died on the crfor all of mankind; therefore, by accepting God's grace through we have personal access to our Holy Father any place, anywhere and anytime, not via the clergy priest class. We have the freedom to come into His presence to receive all the glorious things He has for us. Christ is all that we ever need. He is the example of love, mercy, faith, hope and strength. We are the branches who have access to all of these things and more. The Holy Spirit in us glorifies the name of God that teaches, motivates and gives us the desire to do His will.
The True Ministers of God
A true minister of God will not put himself in a position of authority that is exclusively the role for Christ. He will not point you to himself and his wares, but to Christ only. Christ is the only one who calls those to salvation and to ministry. A true minister of God is the opposite of self-serving hireling who goes out with a purpose to help the poor and the needy. The pulpit peacocks only want the accolades of men as they parade around in their lavish buildings elevated upon their altars. A true minister will leave the building to give hope to the downcast.
A true minister of God understands that the ekklesia are people whose function is about the love of truth and defending against the perversion of it. The perverted Nicolaitan doctrines are leading many brethren astray. We must give truth to those who are in this corrupt system before it is too late.
God will never give His authority to fallible man, or angels to control His ekklesia. The modern church ministers will face the wrath of God unless they step down and step aside allowing Christ to take control. They need to give up their man-made titles and salaries so that the truth of the Gospel can be dispensed for free. They need to repent of twisting Scripture by preaching half-truths to please man. If they don’t, it is our duty to expose them as wolves in sheep's clothing.
The Gospel is about having relationship with our Father through Christ. The wolves in sheep’s clothing want you to look at them, but the ekklesia and Gospel only looks and points to Christ.
The Hewn Altars of Man
An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, THOU SHALT NOT BUILD IT OF HEWN STONE: FOR IF THOU LIFT UP THY TOOL UPON IT, THOU HAST POLLUTED IT. NEITHER SHALT THOU GO UP BY STEPS UNTO MINE ALTAR, that thy nakedness be not discovered thereon. – Exodus 20:24-26
The modern church hierarchical system has created a man-named building that they call church. Their tabernacles are created and erected as a man-made altars to remember God. These churches are created with a man-made attempt to instruct the ways of God and the course of His Spirit. What the hierarch’s do not realize is that God does not move, nor will He be instructed by mere men whenever they ring their little dinner bells upon their podiums. They stand over the masses on the stage of the altars believing their fancy clergy titles are licence to enforce their denominational religious institutional rites. They will say that compliance to them will bring you closer to God.
Almost all modern church buildings are built with steps leading up to a hewn altar made with man’s tools. The masses are called to the front of the steps to kneel before God with special titled men who stand over them. The people don’t realize that they are kneeling in front of hirelings, not God. Many believe that they are getting closer to God, but in fact they are kneeling before men.
Religious authority assumes that they are free to build these profane altars, have the clergy sit upon them, and call the sheeple to kneel before them at their bidding.
The hierarchical altar displays a soulish splendour where the clergy induce feelings of majesty with a spectacle of music and lights to create a manipulated spiritual environment. The conductor stands upon a propped pulpit centre stage. The highest elevated place is often where the highest salaried clergy member speaks from his majestic platform. They perform their ritualistic man-made programs and the glossy-eyed pew warmers mindlessly lap up their every word.
The modern church embodies a certain meaning within the space that it fills. The form of the altar follows the function of the hierarchy by what objects are higher or lower in respect to their standing among men.
Does this look like the purpose Christ has for His Body?
The church building is specifically designed to manipulate the senses as if it is worship. This is the detachment from those among the ekklesia who understands that worship is normal everyday life, it is not rituals and ambiance.
It is the church member who equate church programs with a church building, but the ekklesia equate themselves as a living organism, not organized religion.
Many are under the misconception that the ekklesia are to be passive pew warmers in a special building listening to special credentialed hirelings once a week in an environment that is not open, or participatory. For true followers of Christ to fully function the way God has intended, the architecture that includes the profane altar with steps at the front and the elevated pulpit with all the special titled paid hirelings upon it would have to be thrown out. The modern church's building architecture hinders the process of every member participating and ministering spiritually to one another.
It is unbiblical to associate the ekklesia with man-made architecture that is hewn from the tools of man.
The top down hierarchical system within the modern church system creates segregation with false identities with no God inspired development. The top down system is a pyramid scheme. The system that Christ created for those among the ekklesia are servant leaders. The true Gospel can only flourish under these conditions.
Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and THE HIGHEST SEATS IN THE SYNOGOGUES, and the chief rooms at feasts; Which devour widows' houses, and for a shew make long prayers: THE SAME SHALL RECEIVE GREATER DAMNATION. – Luke 20:46-47
Is Christ the head of the people you fellowship with, or is a titled, salaried clergy member?
- Do You Go to "Church," or Are You the Church?
The modern "church" expects the lost to come to them, and the truth dispensed to them in the “church.” Where in the New Testament does it say to erect a building and invite the lost to come into it?
- Youth Ministry is Segregation
The modern church of today is structured with the youth ministry. It consists of fun and games peppered with a Bible verse here and there. Under closer inspection, the youth ministry has always been a hindrance to the Gospel.
- Tithing Has Been Abolished: Say No to Temple Tax!
Tithing is an Old Testament practice that no longer applies to the church today. It is an old and obsolete practice. It is time to break free from the oppressive system that is being promoted in the modern church. There is freedom in a group of peopl
- The Pastoral Office of the Modern Church is not Bibl...
The office of the head pastor is about a fundamental figure within the institutionalized church who is met with praise and accolades by dispelling God's Word to the masses, but has it been corrupted?
