Seems Like We Are Always Waiting

Updated on December 1, 2011

Seems Like We Are Always Waiting

It seems like we are always waiting no matter where we go .

We may be in the wrong lane and service may be so slow.

If we are in the service of The Lord. in this human race,

No matter where we are ,we know we're in the right place ,

If we're in The Lord's service waiting doesn't seem so bad.

If we have done all He asked and we've given all we had.

The cost will be worth it as we are waiting for His return.

As the time draws nearer now many needy hearts will yearn.

Many hearts may be waiting though they know not for what.

They search for the peace for which they long have sought

While you're waiting for His return tell them where to find.

What they've been looking for ,Jesus has the peace of mind!

Do not be waiting for someone else to go tell a needy heart.,

At times waiting can be a losing game, don't ever be a part.

Go now to those you know and to those who are so very near,

We know many are dying as we wait for The Lord to appear !

Waiting , sometimes that seems like the story

of our life.On the telephone we always seem

to be put on hold and wait and wait. Often

you wonder why you even bother or just

hang up , but if we hang up we will have

to go through it all over again.Maybe it

would be less frustrating to just write a

letter. We know when Jesus comes back

He will have a lot better system than

we have now. Just think of a world with

such Peace and Love that only Jesus

can give us.Just think to have a King

Who everyone will love and worship,

A world with no locked doors ,no guns ,

and everyone will be happy and full

of joyWhat wonderful day it will be

will be for everyone .with their sins

all forgiven .Go to Jesus now1

You must have found a few minutes to check my poems,You sure have a hectic schedule . I don't have a schedule but it seems like I am busy all of the time or maybe I should say I am always behind. old age isn't for the weaklings. is it? Are yu all ready for Christmas ?Steve and I are supposed to go to Denise's daughters place in Lancaster, but I am not sure if I am going to go ,I think we would have to be there too many hours to leave my dog here by herself. We went to John and Denise's for Thanksgiving Love Cherry

Dear Friend, I have played the waiting game too. Your poem is so true! Very nice message. However, sometimes when we think we failed, we have succeeded. Your comment on, "It's Christmas Time In The Country," on You Tube on the Testaview channel did come through and it is a very nice comment. We invite all who like Christmas Music to check out this song video. Love, Tessie (Thank you Clara and all who comment for your comments.)

Hi, do you mind if I call you "Chip"? It is a lot easier and not so formal.I am glad that the poem seemed to be the right thing this time,I keep hoping they will get to somebody's heart, you never know on here if you are really doing any good.I just put them on here and I guess I have to leave it up to God where they go to and if they help anyone.I don't know how much longer I will be able to be on here, my computer is really messing up a lot lately so If I don't get any more poems on here you will know the reason.I will pit as many on as I am able .Thanks for your comment ,clara

May I confirm that this is from the Holy Spirit, or as we say down here . . . Holy Ghost. It is so timely, that I can't believe it! It is not for me that I am overjoyed at these words, but someone I have had trouble talking to. God bless you Clara Kish!
