8 Steps To Cleanse Your Aura

Updated on February 24, 2017

Auras are energy fields that surround and penetrate, extend out, and beyond the physical body, like a glowing halo that is around us in a circular fashion. Your aura is electromagnetic, it pulls energy towards us, positives and negatives can be lured into your aura. Of course we want the positive, but not the negative. Just being in a crowded room with someone with negative energy can invade your aura and make it dirty. It is very important to keep your Aura clean, it can get cloudy and dirty, serious injury such as stress and worry can put holes in your aura. These tragic holes and negativity can be cleaned and repaired. Here are seven easy steps that can be done daily to keep your aura clean.

Step 1. White Sage also known as Salvia Apiana/ sacred sage is an evergreen perennial shrub that have oil and resins that release a strong aroma. This plant is widely used by Native American groups here in the United states for purification rituals. By burning white sage you clear out negative energy that surrounds you and your love ones. Smudging your home will lift negative spirits, it also diminishes negative thoughts and cleanses the negativity that has entered your aura. White sage can be bought as an incense or you can buy the dried plant in bundles. Dried plants can also be made into teas. If your buying as an incense, make sure the box reads 100% percent white sage.

Step 2. Cleansing, opening and activating your chakras. Your chakras are spinning wheels of electric energy in vibrant glowing colors. By activating your chakras, your aura becomes cleaner. If you do not know how to clean your chakras, I have included a video at the end of the blog that can be used to help guide you in opening, cleaning or activating your chakras.

Step 3. Shower Daily, or as much as you can. Ever wonder why you feel so refreshed and have an energy boost after a nice hot shower? You have just cleansed your aura.

Step 4. Hydrogen Peroxide can be use to cleanse your aura. Take an empty spray bottle and fill it with 3% Hydrogen peroxide. Spray it around your body in a circular motion. Do this daily to cleanse your aura, after a shower and before bed. This will repair holes and get rid of negativity.

Step 5. Mediation is a wonderful way to cleanse your aura, by meditating and focusing on positive things, you are rinsing your aura.

Step 6. Visualization is a great technique to use to cleanse your aura. Close your eyes and imagine a bright white, light all around you. If their are any dark spots or holes, visualize these negatives, being lifted out of your aura circle. See it clean and bright in your visualization .

Step 7. Healthy diet and sleep with no stress creates a fantastic change in your aura. This will make your aura glow bright and repel negative energy in an instance.

Step 8. Rose water spraying rose water around your aura, will get rid of holes and black spots almost immediately. Roses carry a very high vibration, they vibrate higher than most humans, spraying rose water into the aura will refresh and rejuvenate your entire aura.

Anything that has to do with learning things that can further enrich the spirit are one of my interest, would love to learn more on these types of subjects. Even though I can't meditate for more than 15minutes that's a current goal that I have. Meditation helps clear the mind of the daily stress and helps focus on a better approach to things, along with positive thinking.
