Is our world an illusion of our own making?

Nadine’s research for her visionary fiction novel series about the awakening of consciousness has led her to insights that she shares here.

Chapter 1 – Vanishing Worlds

(1) Do our dreams shape our world?

The dancing words of her computer screen saver, SMALL THINGS MAKE BIG CHANGES, gave her pause.
“If the whole world is a stage and I'm playing an individual role, then how can I rewrite my script?”
That was the question Annelies had asked in the dream. She was told that she was an elemental being of light, communicating with a big boulder. A shiver ran down her spine when she recalled that dream.
“There will be a natural spiritual selection,” she was told, but then the visions from her dream changed.
“How could her body consciousness influence a different outcome during these chaotic times?” Annelies pondered, trying to ignore the fierce storm that was creating havoc in her garden.
A loud crash, made her almost jump out of her wheelchair. She pushed herself away from her desk to have a look.
A branch had smashed against her home office window. Thank goodness the glass didn’t break. She disliked cold wet weather more than ever before, especially when the rain was pouring in torrents and the wind howled like mad, screaming, “You have broken my spirit.”
She shivered with the idea that she had telepathically heard the gale force wind speak, since she had never felt such an intense despairing tone before.

Vanishing Worlds

"Annelies' story takes on a very different twist when a communication is played out between the cellular structures that make up her physical body."

We have no limitations in our minds.

(2) Our mind has no boundaries
As a novelist I speculated on this topic while writing Vanishing Worlds. Through my main character Annelies I travel through my own body and communicate with my body atoms. How cool is that? It was during the time that I underwent several liver cleanses.

Today many scientists and philosophers agree that the "world" we think we see around us is what our physical senses of sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste perceives and then our mind created the hologram of our reality. In truth it’s merely a tiny fraction of the multi-dimensional infinity that is all around us. What does that mean?

In our physical reality, as we know it, there are the other frequencies or densities of infinite creations that "science" has in the past denied existed. The well known Matrix movie trilogy I have included tells us that Neo is trapped in a frequency range, and therefore we are all trapped in an illusion.

In my next on-line discussion I explored the following:

Source

Were other frequencies of other realms known to our ancestors long ago?

(3) How important is the experience of TIME in our lives?
Did our ancestors from long ago discover doorways between other realities? Did they have access to the unseen realms we today are no longer aware of? The Inca writings do share that there are doorways between these unseen worlds. I have understood that they mean these doorways are like opening holes in time.
Were they time travelers?
Hollywood has explored the same idea that we can step through time and beyond. Especially the series Star Trek were and still are famous for that science fiction technology.
My novel characters do explore this as well but by using their human capabilities and they share in their journals why they chose to explore these psychic gifts further.

Fiction or Fact?

Credo Mutwa , a well known South Africa sanusi, talks of the vibrational "blind spot" that people have which prevents them from seeing these unseen realms.

I met Credo Mutwa twice years ago and was very impressed by his genuine care for the human race. At the time I was heavily into Carlos Castaneda, especially his book “Separate Reality

Source
A Separate Reality
A Separate Reality

In 1961 a young anthropologist subjected himself to an extraordinary apprenticeship to bring back a fascinating glimpse of a Yaqui Indian's world of "non-ordinary reality" and the difficult and dangerous road a man must travel to become "a man of knowledge." Yet on the bring of that world, challenging to all that we believe, he drew back.

The Magic of Don Juan

(4) Are there many different dimensions?

This book by Carlos Castaneda was written in 1971, so that must have been for a very small audience of readers. His allegedly nonfiction book tells the story of the author's apprenticeship to and the teachings of Don Juan.

I recall reading how a seed sprouts in Don Juan’s hand, how A pocket watch, dead for years, begins to run, how a spoon bends. Years later I saw someone do this for real!

My understanding about other dimensions and magic lies in our creative ideas, thoughts and inspiration, because they often seem to arise out of nowhere, don’t they?

When we see through our third eye, everything changes. It has to do more with having faith instead of taking a stand, something like: believe it before you see it.

I feel that is what story telling does. We tap into our imaginary world that gives us writers a playing creative field around us. That is why I have to move into my creative field where Parallel Worlds or Parallel Universes or multiple universes or alternate universes do exist.

I asked my readers" Did the author used psychedelic drugs to write about Don Juan's teachings?

The Awakening Clan (The Ascension Series)
The Awakening Clan (The Ascension Series)

A group of telepaths explore what their world might be like in the years from 2012 to 2025.

How can we make the unseen realm visible?

(5) How do we manifest ideas into our reality?
Maybe if we have discovered how to travel through time, then these unseen realms become visible?

Exploring ideas through journal writing

Each of my novels comes from the journals that my characters have written about their own awakening experiences. Liesbeth, in the novel: Parallel Realities, which is her own journey, tells the story of why she and her partner Hans have been sent to Earth in order to find out how human creation was genetically modified, and how they could remove this virus from their parallel anti-matter universe. They both also appear in my first novel The Awakening Clan.

Years ago I read Carl Van Vlierden’s book: The 12 Planets Speak and he learned that the ancestors of the people of the Confederation , who visited Earth a very long time ago, are the people from some of the ancient civilizations that are coming to light now. Or could it be that perhaps our evolutions are in fact parallel; meaning that there is a parallel anti-matter universe?

Source

Are there a parallel anti-matter universes?

( 6) If so how important is ours?
Today it is a lot easier doing research because we have YouTube!

The mysteries of our universe
Dr. Quinn, Professor of Physics at Stanford and co-author of a popular book on antimatter, discusses the history of our understanding of antimatter. If you follow the video she explains that just like matter with all its properties anti-matter is just reversed. Fascinating!

The creative energy fields that surround us are nothing but a holographic projection of processes taking place, so we have to ask ourselves, are our physical senses then unreliable?

If our intellect interprets what we think as real, is our reality then not created by our own emotions and thoughts that keep deceiving us?

I came to a conclusion that it must be through creative skills in all forms that we might achieve a breakthrough.

Are we under threat today?

(7) Do we live during the END OF TIMES?

In my novels humanity is under the influences of “Outer forces” as I call them, but how do they visit us in our reality? That is what I’m stuck with for the moment.

A famous work of fiction, Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking Glass, describes how Alice becomes entwined in a new adventure after her first adventure down the rabbit hole. In the modern movie Alice find herself falling through a mirror that functions as a portal to another world where she suddenly finds herself in another reality.

In the movie Alice by Nick Willing our universe could be just one of an infinite number of universes making up a "multiverse."

The link to the movie Alice is to a full movie we saw not long ago and it’s incredible. Please download it, you will love it. The special effects are incredible.

Will ‘knowing’ that a holographic mental projection is taking place in the creative energy fields that surround us awaken us to this truth?

Source

Why do some of us have this attraction for going beyond TIME?

(8)Can we travel away from our physical bodies during our sleep?
”Can dreams about past or even future events become very real during an out-of-body experience?”

That is what I explore through Richard in his journals: The Astral Explorer and The Cosmic Traveller.

In my passionate search for truth, it’s often through my intent and focus that I stumble upon situations that only much later start to make total sense. Like the YouTube movie about ancient Egypt.

The Magical worlds of the Astral planes

The story of the 'Heretic' Akhenaton -"living spirit of Aton" inspired me the most during the time that I wrote the two novels The Astral Explorer and The Cosmic Traveller.. Akhenaton was a 14th-century BCE Egyptian pharaoh of the New Kingdom, who is best known for promoting the one god religion. According to alchemistic concepts gold possesses strong sun like powers, and Akhenaton honored the sun seen on many of the hieroglyphics.

Did Akhenaton know the science of Alchemy? Alchemy is more generally defined as an art which aims to change impure metals into silver or gold, but I’m sure that the aim of the taking of psychedelic drugs today is to awaken the immobility of the body, thereby "transmuting" time.

What was the true role of the alchemist?

This takes me to my last discussion on Bubblews with the title: The Emerald Tablet of Hermes.

Who wrote these tables is a debate nobody yet has an answer for but Hermes and Thoth were the same individual. Hermes was the Greek name and Thoth the Egyptian name.

According to the emerald tablet”The first four steps take place below, in the realm of matter and the last three steps take place above, in the realm of mind and creative imagination.
I knew it!

The mystery doorway of the mind is found in our creativity. Why the alchemists went to great pains to conceal the formula to change impure metals into liquid gold, might be because like today it’s the big corporations who pay scientists ( alchemist) to find formulas, and then they (the priests) decide how to benefit themselves through greed.
I was keener to understand the translations in order to reach enlightenment as a visionary fiction author.

Annelies workshop about her 22 decoding steps, became the five levels of transformation reflected by the five novels in the awakening to the Ascension series.
Today more and more people believe that our ancestors left many clues behind for us to find, in order to evolve as a human species.

In my next series of posts I tackle the question: Are we evolving or devolving?

Thank you all for reading my re-edited versions of the eight posts. I feel that these shorter posts might in the long run reach more readers due to the cell phones most people seem to use.

Aliester Crowley said and I paraphrase "the greatest form of magic is creating/writing a book" and I interpreted this to mean that we must create the reality in our minds first before we share that vision in written form or code.

I have been reading a lot about the Unified Theory and Chaos as it is attributed to magick, Crowley, Hubbard and Parsons and the Babylon Working and Synchronicity so it is no wonder you should publish this and I should read it.

Didn't Akhenaton understand the importance of ingesting white gold as a means of activating the Kundalini or Serpent of Light and that was the real reason behind his wanting to alter the ancient pagan religions to a One Consciousness concept?

I think the initial role of alchemists was a pure dispensation of esoteric knowledge and groups such as the Brotherhood of the Serpent were infiltrated and twisted into control mechanisms to subvert the minds of the unknowledgeable through fear and superstition.

After all knowledge is power and those that don't have it or are unwilling to open their minds to concepts that science can't or won't explain will usually end up paying for it one way or another.

Ha Ha Billy as always you make me smile, realizing that for me the most boring conversation would be to talk to a preacher who's only interest is to convert his flock. In my teenage years I had to swallow a great deal of people who tried to convert me into following a very religious group. I'm today very grateful for 'the wiring' that i choose. Nadine, this is such a fascinating subject.

I've only read one Carlos Castanenda book, "The Eagle's Gift". In it he speaks of living within the Native world. It was revealing, thought-provoking, and awe-inspiring.

I don't think most people have the capacity or the willingness to traverse. It's a concept that is far beyond the imagination, yet can be realistic and found.

You raise awareness. How many people are willing to see?

Light came from the sun 8 minutes ago. You can time the different between lightning and thunder which is to say the different between the speed of light and the speed of sound. With our most powerful telescopes we see nothing at it is but rather as it was. Sometimes as it was a very long time ago. The world is of necessity a construct--though a useful one. Unfortunately I have yet to create the world I want just by wishing it! Where is that Kate Upton with my massage oils!

Wow this was fascinating, and it got my brain going! I often think about other dimensions and whether or not they are plausible. There is a theory that they are trying to prove that is sort of like the matrix , it is called something like the hologram theory. It kind of reminds me of Plato's cave allegory. I myself have always been partial to the string theory..I don't really know why I am just fascinated by it. Thanks for sharing..I am now going to travel down a rabbit hole and do some more research. Unfortunately, I've heard (and read) about the primary concepts from this Hub several years ago just before the InterWebs went *Boom* . . . Ha-ha! I guess this could be taken the wrong way, but the Matrix was just a movie and many of the books related to this subject are just that. No, I'm not saying that one should not watch or read anything albeit jungle law would probably be the most accurate. LOL!

At any mundane rate, making excuses for our imagination and consciousness is a fun thing to do, but in a non-realistic reality they are simply the flip side of all that is tangible. It is a "no-brainer" as they say, so go figure...

Our brains are filters that definitely give us a distorted view of reality, and probably suppress aspects of reality that our psyches cannot handle. I don't know if you saw that whole blue dress vs. yellow dress controversy that was popular on the web about a month ago. The same dress was interpreted to be a different color by different people. We are not seeing reality with our eyes, we are seeing a version of reality that our minds censor. Great hub!

You are spot on Mel. Our mental projection of our reality is an illusion in a sense that what we physically perceive to be real, like the computer screen in front of me that I see while typing this reply. Our reality is all made up of energy codes, like script codes that make up the internet, or cyberspace. Mind boggling he!
